Before we go further on today’s topic, let’s remind ourselves what Blockchain technology is and its advantage.

WHAT IS BLOCKCHAIN

According to wikipedia, Blockchain is originally known as bloc chain, It is a growing list of records known as blocks which is linked using cryptography, each of these blocks contain a cryptographic hash of the initial block, a transaction data and a time stamp.
Since its emergence in the year 2008, when Nakamoto satoshi discovered and introduced bitcoin, there has been serious efforts to integrate the blockchain technology into several aspects of various process of global business , The blockchain technology has been described as having the potential to disrupt many industries with immutability, low-cost transaction, and enhanced maximum security. So many other blockchain implementations have been deployed and developed with unique features designed to specific use-cases.

The Novam’s 5 Step Process Device Health Check – As Follows:
Initiate a health check for a device. This can occur both in the boot process and during run-time, and include the entire Chain of Trust or an individual statistic like firmware, operating system or applications.
The state of a device is recorded on an enterprise specific CDN. This can be used as an external element for future device health checks.
Subsequent health checks compare the internal and external state of a device with NOVAM stored internal and external states, signed by the vendor, to determine if the device is healthy or compromised.
When a device is considered healthy and unmodified no mitigation occurs.
If the device is considered unhealthy and compromised, based on the system health check, autonomous mitigation will occur.
